💰 Refund & Return Policy – Gadro Store

At Gadro Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy for products purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to the terms below.

1. ✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Free from any damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (for safety reasons)

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as:

• Store Credit / Voucher (preferred for faster processing), OR

• Bank Transfer (processing may take 7–14 business days)

5. 🚚 Shipping Costs

• Return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• In such cases, Gadro Store will cover the return shipping cost.

6. 🔄 Exchanges

• Direct exchanges may be offered based on product availability.

• If the product is unavailable, you will receive a refund or store credit.
